Terms of Use, Ranking Transparency & Disclaimer

Platform terms for visitors and B2B directory partners · Last updated: November 2026

This English version is provided for international convenience. Because the operator is established in Germany, the German version (AGB & Haftungsausschluss) prevails in the event of any conflict.

1. Scope & Role of DubaiService.ae

DubaiService.ae is operated by PYCIE Studio, Owner: Refik Emre Ak, Rötestraße 20, 74321 Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany. We provide an independent private directory, AED market benchmarks, and interactive calculators for services in Dubai (UAE).

For visitors and prospective clients, browsing the directory, running calculators, scanning quotes, and submitting VIP Match requests is free of charge.

2. No Legal, Tax, Financial, or Medical Advice

All AED market bands, district yields, relocation checklists, Quote Scanner outputs (/quote-check), and interactive calculators (/tools, including the illustrative reference rate of 1 EUR = 4.00 AED) are strictly indicative orientation figures.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, tax, immigration, real estate, investment, or medical advice. UAE government fees and regulations change frequently; always verify binding terms and official costs directly with licensed professionals or the relevant UAE authority before making payments.

3. Third-Party Providers & No Agency Relationship

When you contact a listed company via WhatsApp, external website, or VIP Match (/concierge), any resulting engagement or service contract is formed solely and directly between you and that independent provider in the UAE.

PYCIE Studio is not a party, broker, agent, or guarantor to any third-party service contract. While we check UAE licence references (such as DED, DMCC, DIFC, IFZA, DSO, MEYDAN, or DHA) carefully upon onboarding, we do not warrant continuous licence validity, service quality, or pricing of third-party firms.

4. Ranking & Podium Slot Transparency (EU DSA Art. 26 & 27)

Above the standard directory in each of the 20 categories, up to three highlighted Podium positions exist (Rank #1 Gold, Rank #2 Silver, Rank #3 Bronze). Licensed UAE companies may book these top positions for a fixed monthly or annual fee (/partner/apply); commercial sponsorship determines top-3 placement when booked.

Where a Podium slot has not yet been commercially booked in a category, our editorial team displays an established, UAE-licensed reference firm in that discipline so visitors immediately see verified market benchmarks.

Standard directory listings below the Podium carry no placement fee and can be filtered objectively by Dubai neighbourhood and spoken consultation language.

5. Commercial Terms for B2B Partner Bookings

The reservation flow under /partner/apply is offered exclusively to commercial businesses (§ 14 German Civil Code / BGB) holding an active UAE trade or professional licence.

Submitting a slot reservation holds the requested position for up to 48 hours pending trade licence verification. A binding placement contract is concluded only after licence verification and payment or mutual confirmation of our commercial invoice. For B2B services supplied to businesses established outside the European Union (including the UAE), the place of supply is outside Germany pursuant to Section 3a (2) of the German VAT Act (UStG — recipient reverse-charge mechanism where applicable under local UAE tax rules). If a partner’s UAE licence expires or is revoked, we may suspend the listing immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence regarding essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages; otherwise, liability for slight negligence — particularly for free informational tools and calculators — is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection provisions of an EU consumer’s country of residence remain unaffected. For commercial entities, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany.
